To enter the ResX booking system, click the “continue” button below and login using the following information. This is your temporary new user login information. When you login as a new user, you will be prompted to change your MemberID. Enter your name, e-mail address, phone numbers, and create a Password.
From the Login Page, enter the following:

2) Click on "LOGIN"
3) Follow directions on set up page. (Note the following):
u Your MemberID can be alpha and/or numeric, for example, jdoe2003, jdoe@abc123.com;
or 123456. If you ever forget your Password, there is a link named “Lost Password” on
the ResX Login Page. Just click and provide the requested information. Your password will
be e-mailed to you. Make sure this is something unique that you will remember.
u Password must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 15.
u Make note of your new MemberID and Password and store it in a secure place where you
can find it later if you forget it.
4) Go to "Profile" and enter
any personal information you would like applied to your trip.
*Make sure to set up a credit card for payment while you are in the "Profile
setup" area.

Setting up Your Travel Preferences
When you log in to ResX for the first time, click on Profile
in the upper right of the screen.
This will take you to your ResX online profile. Click through the screens
and enter/verify your preferences
(which will be applied to your future trip searches). It is important that you at least provide the following:
u Address, phone, and
emergency contact (located under Personal Information)
u Seating preferences
(located under Travel Preferences)
u Airline frequent flyer
and car and hotel club numbers (located under Membership Numbers)
u Credit card number for
airline charges and car/hotel guarantees (located under Billing Information)
1. Click on the AIR icon at top of page.
2. Enter your departure and arrival cities (enter either the name of the city or the airport
code - do not enter LaGuardia, for example, as the system will not recognize the airport
name.
3. If you only want to search for Air, click the Air Only box at the bottom of the page.
(If you want to search for car and hotel with your air search, leave the Air Only box
unchecked and you will be prompted for information for your car and hotel later in your
search.)
4. Click Search when ready.
The next screen may ask you to verify the arrival/departure cities or airport code you entered. Simply confirm the system is showing your desired arrival/departure cities. If so, click on Use as Default and you won’t be prompted for this information again the next time you enter these cities. Then, click Continue. (If the cities aren’t correct, click on the drop down list and pick the correct city.)
If you selected Air Only, the next screen will read "We're currently working to fulfill your request." This means the system is searching for available flights.
If you didn’t select Air Only, you will be prompted to answer further questions about your car and hotel reservations.
The next page will provide you with available flights (and car/hotel, if requested). To reserve one of these options, click Select next to your desired flight option. If you need to Reserve the flights, click Reserve Itinerary at the bottom of page. This is exactly the same as if you called an agent and asked them to hold a reservation until the next day. Reserving a flight does not guarantee the airfare nor does it purchase the ticket. The only way you will purchase a ticket is to click on Purchase Now and follow the screen prompts. If you find a fare you like, and you are certain of your trip, it is recommended that you click Purchase Now.
If you don’t see a flight option that suits your needs, you can create custom options by clicking on More Air Options beneath one of the segments. Select the radio button next to the option you prefer. When you re-price your custom option, the selected flights will be included with the flight options from your original request. Your custom option will be denoted by a hammer icon, which means “custom built.” You may have to scroll through the flight options to find it, as the system default display setting is to show flights in order from cheapest price to most expensive.
Once you click on Reserve Itinerary or Purchase Now your selected itinerary is displayed.
If you clicked on Reserve Itinerary and want to purchase the trip (i.e. it is the next day, or you logged out of the system and are now back in the system), click on Trips & Templates in the upper right of the screen. You should find your reserved flight under the Trips link.
1. Click on Car icon.
2. Enter the pick-up location and pick-up/drop-off dates.
3. Click Search to begin the search process.
4. Select the radio button next to car you prefer. Click Book / Reserve Now to select your car.
Note: Your credit card will not be charged for the car rental until you actually rent the car.
1. Click the Hotel icon.
2. Enter the Check-in Date, Check-out Date, and City for this hotel reservation.
3. Complete the optional search criteria.
4. Click Search to begin the search process.
5. Click the radio button next to desired hotel option, click on Show Rates. Select the button
next to desired room type and rate, click Book / Reserve Now.
6. Your hotel will then be confirmed and added to your itinerary.
Note: Your credit card will not be charged for the hotel
stay until you check out of the hotel.
The hotel will be the entity to charge your credit card. ResX simply uses your credit card to guarantee
the room for late arrival.
However, if you don’t cancel your hotel within the cancellation
policy provided by the hotel,
or you “no show” your credit card will be charged accordingly
by the hotel.
